Purchase and Delivery Conditions

The contract is concluded with The Amauris GmbH (Company Register Number: 445053s, Commercial Court: Vienna).

To keep your ordering costs as low as possible, the following payment options are available:

Payment by credit card or online bank transfer – free of charge. Vouchers will be sent directly via email.
Cash on delivery within Austria – Vouchers will be delivered by post; additional shipping costs apply.
Payment by bank transfer / prepayment – Vouchers will only be sent once the payment has been received in our account.

Only individuals who are 18 years or older are eligible to make purchases in our voucher shop.

Prices and Products

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the amount consumed at the hotel is less than the voucher value, you will receive a credit for the remaining amount.
Invoicing with VAT details will only occur at the time of actual service provision, i.e., when the voucher is redeemed, in accordance with §11 of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG).
We are not liable for delayed postal deliveries.
A voucher is only valid once full payment has been received.
All vouchers are valid for 1 year and must be redeemed within this period.
All listed prices do not include VAT, as the voucher is considered a 100% credit. VAT will only be applied when the actual service is used at the hotel.
Variations in images as well as errors and changes are reserved.

Your security is our top priority! Sensitive data such as credit card numbers, bank details, names, and addresses are transmitted over a secure SSL connection. This ensures that no unauthorized third parties can access your data during transmission.

Your data is processed automatically and used exclusively for order processing. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Promotional information will only be sent to you by The Amauris GmbH.
